With so many controversies surrounding the US team alone, it will be interesting to say the least, as to how we will come out in this series of competitions.

The US always has a strong team across the board, and exceptional training during the off years back home.  We see many countries doing the same.  It is expected that this year, with the pandemic slowly balancing out, and the athletes and fans eager for competition, we will see and unprecedented amount of records being broken this year.

Today, we have seen yet another team and league, take the reigns and change their derogatory name.  The Cleveland Indians have announced today, that they are now changing their name, logo and moniker to the Cleveland Guardians.

WVU is home to some of the biggest names and faces in sports.  From campus stars to football stars, WVU never ceases to amaze us with the talent they produce in each draft class.  

As a former Morgantown resident, and WVU student, I can take pride in being on campus during the times of the great Tavon Austin, Stedman Bailey and Kevin White, every student has the opportunity to name the greats they were on campus with.
